Lindsay started dancing at the age of three in her mothers dance studio near Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up, she
participated in many extra- curricular activities including; dance, track, cheer-leading, and a biomedical sciences program in her high school which sparked her interest in staying fit and healthy. When Lindsay graduated high school she made the decision to move to Los Angeles, California. Some of her credits include, The Anthony Paul from the Voice Concert, a dancer in a Sketch group for Carnival Cruise Lines, and she participated in the Debbie Reynolds Scholarship Program.
Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2016, Lindsay continued her studies and is now a certified Personal Trainer, an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, and an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. She is the founder of DanceFit (an up and coming strength and conditioning program for dancers) and hopes to share her knowledge with the generations to come.
